Believe it or not you now actually open a paypal account from nigeria.
I was on the paypal site the other day trying to sign up for one of my clients when i noticed an interesting thing.
After you sign up on the first form another form comes up where you can now select your country of citizenship. And guess what, you will find nigeria here.
So in essence now, you can simply sign up with a friend's address in any of the countries accepted by paypal, then indicate your own country on the next page and voila you have your paypal account.
Don't forget, to get maximum benefits from the account, you need to verify it using a credit or debit card (which we can provide). These cards too can be used to make payments on paypal.
